Apply to this job through Get on Board. ### **Main Responsibilities** We are seeking an **Identity and Access Analyst** to join our Identity and Access Management team and support daily access administration operations in **On\-Premise** and **Cloud** environments, along with initiatives for access **profiling** and **governance** on **Google Cloud Platform**. The role focuses on proper permission management, **traceability**, **SLA compliance**, **auditing**, and **security controls**. You will collaborate with **Cybersecurity**, **Infrastructure**, **Data Governance**, and business units. * Manage user access **provisioning, deactivation, and modifications**. * Administer **user accounts**, **privileged accounts**, and **service accounts**. * Handle access-related requests and incidents via **ServiceNow**. * Ensure **SLA compliance** and adherence to defined procedures. * Support access administration and profiling in **GCP IAM** and **Cloud Identity**. * Support role and permission management using **Terraform**. * Conduct periodic access reviews, expiration checks, and revocations. * Maintain matrices, logs, and documentation related to access management. * Generate reports for tracking access validity, expirations, and potential anomalies. * Participate in audit processes and security control assessments. * Coordinate activities with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Identity Governance. ### **Requirements and Knowledge** We require experience and knowledge to ensure accurate, traceable access administration aligned with security and audit standards. * **Active Directory experience**. * **IAM knowledge** on **Google Cloud Platform**. * **Operational experience or knowledge** of **Terraform**. * **ServiceNow proficiency**. * **Privileged Access Management (PAM)** knowledge. * **Audit and compliance process experience**. * Ability to work with **SLAs**, procedures, and security controls. Additionally, we value skills in coordinating across multiple teams and business units while maintaining a focus on data quality, documentation, and traceability.
