Join our team and contribute to the optimal operation of our machinery. **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Higher Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics or Heavy Machinery, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel machinery. **Address:** Ex-fundo Las Gaviotas, ConCón to Quintero Road \- Parcel 40\. (Morning shuttle bus available) **Net Salary:** $600\.000 CLP Net \+ Meals \+ Snacks \+ Morning shuttle bus **Schedule:** 5x2 rotation from Monday to Sunday, governed by the department’s calendar. \- Monday to Sunday, except Friday, 08:00 – 18:00\. \- Friday 08:00 \-17:00\. **Your Responsibilities:** * Preventive Maintenance Support: Assist the lead mechanic with inspections, fluid changes (oil, coolant), lubrication, and component adjustments on diesel machinery. * Corrective Repair Assistance: Collaborate in diagnosing and repairing failures in engines, fuel injection systems, brakes, electrical systems, and other components, following the mechanic’s instructions. * Tool Usage: Safely and efficiently handle and maintain hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment under the mechanic’s supervision. * Recordkeeping and Organization: Maintain workshop and tool cleanliness and order, and assist in recording intervention details. * Supply Management: Support refueling of the plant’s generator sets. **The company offers:** * Opportunity to join a solid and continuously growing company. * Opportunities for professional development. * Compensation Fund (Caja de Compensación). * Meals. * Morning shuttle bus.
