Thus, it contributes to the country's systematic education by adhering to official curricula mandated by the Ministry of Education. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Education Requirements: Professional degree in Special Education. Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience in school settings, especially in School Integration Programs (PIE). Main Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate individual or group educational interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Design and apply methodological strategies appropriate to students’ academic level and diagnosis. Develop Individual Support Plans (ISP) and record student progress in coordination with the PIE team. Collaborate with classroom teachers to guide inclusive practices and curriculum adaptations. Participate in technical, evaluation, and coordination meetings with the PIE multidisciplinary team. Support students throughout their inclusion process, promoting their active participation in regular classrooms. COMPETENCIES: Up-to-date knowledge of inclusive education, current regulations, and pedagogical intervention strategies. Skills in planning, assessment, and designing diversified strategies. Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams. Empathy, proactivity, and commitment to improving student learning outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills when engaging with students, families, and the educational community.
