This part-time position aims to support the planning and management of academic and administrative processes for the Early Childhood Education program, ensuring proper execution of teaching activities and compliance with institutional procedures that guarantee smooth operation of academic programs. Responsibilities: Plan and manage academic and administrative processes to ensure effective program functioning. Support the management of academic workload assignment, enrollment, and modification processes. Provide attention, guidance, and support to students throughout their academic and administrative processes. Collaborate in resolving academic matters involving faculty and students. Provide administrative support to faculty in planning and delivering instruction. Collaborate in the administrative management of academic programs, maintaining up-to-date academic program information. Update and maintain students’ academic records. Support admission, graduation, and degree conferral processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements.
