We encourage you to take time to explore the opportunity of building a career with Freeport\-McMoRan. **Description** --------------- **Technician \- Operations Technician, Beneficiation (Crushing)** The primary function is to operate crushing area equipment, monitoring and evaluating operational parameters, executing tasks efficiently, safely, and with quality, focusing on safe production and thereby ensuring operational continuity of the area. **Essential Functions:** * Support operation of crushing\-agglomeration\-stacking area equipment. * Inspect and verify minimum operational parameters of screens. * Perform activities that promote and impact safety, environmental stewardship, energy efficiency, gender equality, and operational excellence. * Execute any other tasks assigned within their work area. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Three years of experience in mining operations. * Class B, D, or A4 driver’s license with at least two years of validity. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Commitment to occupational safety and health. * Commitment to environmental sustainability and efficient energy use. * Commitment to gender equality and work\-life\-family\-personal balance. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. * Willingness to collaborate and work in teams. * Openness to change and learning. * Knowledge of screen equipment operation.
