Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the field merchandising team. Ensure proper execution of displays, product restocking, and implementation of campaigns and product launches. Provide commercial and visual guidelines to the team, ensuring adherence to brand-defined standards. Conduct store visits to supervise execution and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor management indicators, route compliance, displays, product availability, and stock levels. Manage on-site incidents and coordinate timely solutions with relevant departments. Prepare management, execution, and results reports using digital platforms and photographic evidence. Train, support, and provide feedback to the team to enhance performance. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, supervisors, and internal teams. Ensure achievement of assigned commercial and operational objectives. Requirements Technical or Professional degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience leading merchandising, trade marketing, or retail supervision teams. Experience implementing commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale execution. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience using reporting platforms (e.g., Perfect Store or similar) is preferred. Willingness to work on-site and travel between various points of sale.
