Access to training programs and courses **Job Description** ---------------------- Directs, coordinates, and controls assembly, repair, and maintenance activities for industrial equipment and machinery * Coordinates repair, assembly, and machinery equipment activities * Analyzes metrics related to wait times, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction * Prepares performance reports to support company management in decision-making * Trains new team members to help achieve organizational objectives * Leads the team through responsibilities such as: work planning, team member supervision, training of new collaborators, and KPI-based management **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Education: Primary; Secondary * Experience: 3+ years in call centers, preferably in supervisory roles * Knowledge: Team leadership, Project management * Software: Call Center (Five9, Dixa, Avaya or similar) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
