A leading company in its sector is looking to incorporate a Warehouse and Logistics Operations Supervisor to work in Punta Arenas. We seek a candidate with experience leading operational teams, a strong orientation toward order and control, and the ability to ensure continuity and efficiency in warehouse logistics processes. What will be your main challenge? Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper flow of goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, while safeguarding operational continuity, compliance with standards, and efficient management of the assigned team. Main Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the warehouse operational team. * Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Ensure order, control, and accuracy of inventory. * Supervise compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations. * Monitor adherence to timelines and operational continuity. * Coordinate logistical requirements with internal departments. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and infrastructure. * Support operational improvements and monitoring of departmental KPIs. We are looking for someone who: * Has at least 3 years of experience leading operational or logistics teams. * Has experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution centers. * Has intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Has SAP experience (desirable). * Holds a valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Holds a Class D driver's license (desirable). * Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. * Resides in Temuco.
