Position: Supervisor – Caserones Mine Site KMC
Position Purpose:
Responsible for supervising and controlling maintenance-related tasks under preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs during their shift, in accordance with contractual requirements, safety regulations, and quality and cost standards, to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
* Assume shift handover, reviewing updates and pending tasks, assessing their criticality
* Daily coordination and delivery of safety briefings and work planning, completing the HPT (Work Planning Sheet)
* Coordinate and oversee execution of predictive and corrective maintenance tasks, efficiently managing personnel, resources, and equipment
* Manage shift-related documentation (HPT, ART, Lockout Control, Failure Reports, Warranty Reports)
* Promote and manage the development and performance of personnel under supervision
* Conduct shift handover, reporting updates and pending tasks

Requirements:
* Higher Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in mining or industrial sectors
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading people and resources within a Maintenance department
* Class B and D driver’s license (desirable)
* Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7 / 8x6)
* Medical fitness compatible with mining site operations
* Minimum 3 years of experience
* Minimum education level: Higher Technical Professional
