R\&Q Engineering, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is seeking a **Senior Planning and Control Consultant** in the **Metropolitan Region**, for an important tender process in the mining sector: **Estimated duration of the tendered contract: 36 months.** **Requirements:** Civil or Industrial Engineer, degree-holding, any specialization (degree certificate legally notarized), with 15–20 years of specific experience in their specialization, solid knowledge and mastery of the discipline, and a high degree of specialization in their field of practice, aligned with best practices in the mining or petrochemical industry. Other requirements: * Must possess broad judgment, ability to integrate knowledge, innovation, and creativity, relevant to the mining or petrochemical business. * Experience must be validated by at least one of the following conditions: * Postgraduate degree, certification, and/or research and publication experience in their field of specialization is desirable. * Knowledge and proficiency in: Methodologies and best practices within their specialization: PMO Management, Project Management, Organizational Change Design and Implementation, Engineering, Construction Administration, Commissioning, Maintainability and Reliability, Lean and Productivity, Planning, Scheduling and Control, Cost Estimation, Cost Control, Economic Evaluation, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Control, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Technology and Information Systems, Procurement and Contract Administration, Compensation and Claims Management, Sustainability and External Resources, Project Formulation **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be fully met to be considered for this process.
