Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement Generative AI and document automation solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of backend, frontend, APIs, and operational workflows The company is looking for a **Senior Full Stack Developer – Generative AI Solutions and Document Automation** for a 9-month project. Conditions: 1\. Rate: To be agreed upon. 2\. Schedule: 42-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. 3\. Work location: Remote. 4\. Requirements: * Design, develop, and implement technological components of the AI-assisted draft resolution generation solution, including backend, frontend, APIs, document integration, operational workflow, and cloud deployment. * Will be responsible for building the project's core functional product. **Required Education (Mandatory):** * Computer Science Engineering * Computing Engineering * Software Engineering * Systems Engineering * or related degree **Required Experience (Minimum):** * 4+ years developing enterprise software. * 3+ years as a Senior Full Stack Developer. * 2+ projects with cloud architectures. * 1+ project integrating Generative AI APIs. * Experience in document integrations or workflows. **Backend** Strong proficiency in at least one: **Python (preferred)** Must know: * FastAPI * Flask (secondary) * Pydantic * SQLAlchemy * Async programming * Celery / background jobs * python\-docx * PDF/Word file handling * DEV/QA/PROD environments **Acceptable alternative:** * .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core **Frontend** Must master: * React.js * REST API consumption * State management (Redux/Zustand/Context) * Modern UI components * Frontend authentication **APIs and Integration** Must handle: * REST API design * OpenAPI * OAuth2, JWT * Webhooks * Integration with document repositories * Document metadata handling **Databases** Must know: * Advanced PostgreSQL * SQL optimization * Indexing **Generative AI (must understand)** No need to be an AI scientist, but must be able to implement: * Consuming OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Bedrock APIs * Embeddings * Retrieval pipelines * RAG basics * Prompt templates * Document chunking * Response traceability **Desirable:** * AWS
