You will be responsible for coordinating customs processes, optimizing clearance timelines, and providing technical support on international trade matters—contributing to an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise and coordinate customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. * Review and validate documentation required for import and export of goods, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Monitor and analyze customs processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements associated with international trade operations. * Stay updated on regulatory changes and promptly communicate their impact to relevant departments. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with customs authorities, customs brokers, and other key stakeholders in the process. * Provide advisory and technical support on customs and international trade matters to internal and external clients. * Prepare analyses, reports, and management indicators related to clearance times, operational costs, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional or technical degree in International Trade, Customs Administration, International Trade Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in customs operations, imports, exports, or international trade. * Knowledge of customs regulations and cargo clearance processes. * Experience in documentary analysis and handling procedures before regulatory agencies.
