**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver instrumentation product training to end customers, internal teams, and channel partners to ensure understanding of YOKOGAWA’s competitive advantages, usage, and capabilities.
* Provide product-focused advisory services: analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose market penetration strategies to ensure achievement of commercial development plans.
* Conduct presentations and deliver support to relevant departments regarding YOKOGAWA products and services.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process industries — primarily mining, P\&P, O\&G, and energy — to ensure applicability of YOKOGAWA products.
* Analyze industrial instrumentation product lines from a technology applicability perspective to ensure provision of specialized technical support per corporate guidelines.
* Address customer inquiries, orders, and warranty requests to ensure compliance with commercial plans and quality standards per corporate guidelines.
* Perform duties while ensuring proper functioning of the value chain to safeguard customer satisfaction and loyalty, and guarantee quality standards per corporate guidelines.
* Conduct regular visits to industrial facilities, sites, and production plants to identify needs and position solutions.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Intermediate English proficiency
Intermediate user-level computer skills
Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control
Minimum 5 years of experience
