You will have direct access to management and full authority to enforce high standards from day one. * **Structured Operations:** We rely on standardized audit tools, continuous risk management frameworks, and clear key performance indicators (KPIs) so you always have the necessary tools to succeed. * **Growth:** We invest in your professional development through ongoing regulatory updates and specialized training, keeping your certifications and leadership skills current. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Supervision:** Conduct daily audits and inspections at active service centers in Antofagasta to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. * **Quality Framework Management:** Maintain, update, and enforce company protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory health guidelines across all operational activities. * **Process Optimization:** Identify process deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and immediately implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Team Leadership and Mentoring:** Guide, train, and support frontline staff on hygiene procedures, quality control, and service excellence standards. * **Reporting and Compliance:** Prepare clear quality reports, track key quality KPIs, and present actionable findings to management to ensure ongoing audit readiness. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 2–3+ years supervising quality control operations, regulatory compliance, or health and safety (preferably in health services, wellness, food industry, or related sectors). * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Processes, or related fields. * **Key Competencies:** Proven ability to conduct internal audits, manage non-conformities, and implement continuous improvement strategies. * **Location:** Current residence in Antofagasta, Chile (mandatory). * **Mindset:** Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive.
