Job Description
Execute scheduling of mine equipment maintenance plans and manage required resources to ensure operational continuity and compliance with the Company’s safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities | Activities
1\. Coordinate and prepare short-term mine equipment maintenance plans in accordance with the maintenance strategy defined by Management.
2\. Technically coordinate, together with internal personnel and contractors (EECC), the development of maintenance plans.
3\. Monitor and ensure the availability of all resources and preparations required for executing the biweekly maintenance plan.
4\. Record and report defined process KPIs for the area, such as plan compliance, adherence, backlog management, costs, and deviations.
5\. Report equipment conditions causing production losses and propose corrective action plans.
6\. Monitor maintenance plan execution, identifying opportunities and actions with the Execution team to complete scheduled tasks.
7\. Coordinate maintenance planning activities for truck shop and site facilities.
8\. Coordinate with Planning and Mine Operations to consolidate and validate the biweekly maintenance plan.
9\. Manage and channel spare parts, repairable items, and material requirements with the responsible department.
Education, Experience and Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
Availability to work a 7x7 (day shift) rotation at site
**Knowledge:**
Knowledge of mine equipment maintenance planning processes, resource and material management, and maintenance strategies
Intermediate proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Project or similar software.
Class B driver’s license
Knowledge of mine equipment
