R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is seeking a **Process and Quality Specialist Engineer** in the **Metropolitan Region** for an important mining-sector tender process: **Estimated duration of the tendered contract: 36 months.** **Requirements:** A Civil / Industrial / Construction Engineer, duly graduated (degree certificate legally notarized), with any specialization and a minimum of 5/10 years of proven experience in process and quality management for mining, industrial, or process-related projects. A postgraduate degree in process and/or quality management is desirable. **Additional Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on all software required to perform assigned tasks. * Knowledge of process and quality standards and criteria. * Ability to lead, maintain discipline, and demonstrate leadership in executing process and quality activities. * Systemic analysis capability for services to be implemented. * Vulnerability analysis capability for services to be implemented. * Rigor in analyzing and executing activities under one's responsibility. * Self-driven quality assurance capability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and teamwork skills. **Important:** All listed requirements are mandatory and must be fully met to be considered for this process.
