Coordination with transporters and service management A port company is seeking a Document Control Assistant to work at its Valparaíso office. **Maternity leave replacement.** Job Objective: Perform document control related to imported cargo and for individuals requiring assistance regarding services provided by the company, delivering optimal customer service to facilitate service requests and import clearance procedures—focused on customers and aligned with operational excellence. Conditions: 1\. Salary: CLP $730,000 net. 2\. Schedule: Rotating shifts (6 days on, 1 day off) Monday to Friday: SHIFT 1: 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM SHIFT 2: 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: SHIFT 1: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM * SHIFT 2: 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM 3\. Work location: Valparaíso. 4\. Responsibilities: * Receive, control, and deliver customs documents validated by regulatory authorities, and record them in our system. * Receive customers in person, remotely, and via telephone to resolve their cargo import issues. * Upload and update import cargo information on the company website. * Provide information and coordinate transporter entry/exit schedules. * Offer, manage, and control optional and mandatory services billable to our customers. Additionally, conduct periodic audits to ensure no events remain unbilled to our customers. 5\. Requirements: * Education: Higher or intermediate technical degree in port operations or related field. * Basic English proficiency. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office. * Minimum one year of prior experience in similar roles. 6\. Contract under Temporary Services Regime.
