We seek a detail-oriented professional with solid knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration. REQUIREMENTS ? Professional degree in Accounting, Business Administration Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. ? Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and current labor legislation. ? Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate/advanced Excel. ? Knowledge of benefits and compensation administration. ? Strong analytical skills and confidentiality in handling information. ? Resident of Copiapó RESPONSIBILITIES ? Execute the monthly payroll process. ? Manage employment contracts, addenda, termination settlements, and labor documentation. ?
