




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Leader to directly supervise and support daily operations, organize staff, manage inventory, and ensure production compliance in the electrical and lighting sector. Job stability and a positive work environment An electrical and lighting company is looking for an Operational Leader for its branch located in San Pablo, Santiago Centro. We seek a candidate with genuine operational leadership skills, proactivity, organization, and the ability to work under pressure. This role requires direct involvement in daily operations, staff organization, inventory control, and production compliance. This position is NOT purely administrative. Approximately 80% of the time is spent on operational tasks on the ground, and 20% on administrative duties. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and organize the branch's daily operations. * Review priorities and urgencies together with the Distribution Center Manager. * Supervise and directly support the following processes: * Cable cutting. * Packaging. * Order preparation. * Inventory management. * Identify bottlenecks and resolve them promptly. * Provide operational support during workload surges. * Maintain operational order and control over workflow. * Issue material release vouchers for production. * Enter finished production into the system. * Generate transfer guides and inventory adjustments. * Ensure accurate and well-organized inventories. * Coordinate and organize operational staff. Requirements: * Experience in operations, warehouse, production, or logistics. * Experience leading operational teams. * An active, solution-oriented, and self-motivated individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong organizational skills. * ERP system and inventory management experience preferred. * Class B and D driver’s license preferred. What We Are Looking For: We need a person who: * Is present on the operations floor. * Leads from the field. * Takes initiative without waiting for instructions. * Maintains operational control of the branch. * Builds trust in inventory accuracy and operational compliance. Working Hours: The company operates on various shifts depending on operational needs: * Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:30 hrs; Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs. OR * Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:30 hrs; Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. * The assigned schedule will depend on the company’s operational requirements. Compensation: The salary is $650\.000 (net) per month plus an additional performance bonus of $50\.000, measured by (balanced inventory, production compliance, and operational handling and staff coordination).
