Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Network Technician with solid expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, and servers to provide support and ensure operational continuity within a holding company. We seek a proactive individual with solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and servers, capable of supporting the various companies within the holding and contributing to the operational continuity of our locations. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure. * Resolve first- and second-level incidents on-site and remotely. * Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS. * Administer Windows Server and/or Linux servers. * Manage Active Directory, domains, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and backups. * Administer virtualization environments (Hyper\-V or VMware). * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. * Document incidents, changes, and implemented solutions. * Coordinate with external vendors and the IT team as needed. **Requirements** * Diploma as a Higher-Level Technician in Networks and Communications, Connectivity and Networks, or Computer Science with a specialization in Networks. * Analyst Programmers with proven experience in infrastructure will also be considered. * Experience in network and server support. * Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi network configuration and administration. * Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux. * Desired: Experience with Active Directory and virtualization (Hyper\-V or VMware). * Availability to work on-site and travel between different locations as required. **We Value** * CCNA certification. * CompTIA Network\+ or A\+. * Microsoft certifications (MTA/MCSA). * Experience using ticket management platforms. **Competencies** * Autonomy and organizational skills. * Proactivity in resolving critical incidents. * Ability to prioritize multiple requests. * Strong communication skills with end users and cross-functional teams. * Service orientation and problem-solving ability. **Work Modality** * On-site, Monday to Friday in TALCA. * Possibility of rotation across holding company locations. **Are you interested in joining our team?** Apply by submitting your **updated CV** and indicating your **salary expectations**.
