Logistics Manager At Vertex Partners, we are currently searching, on behalf of one of our clients—a well-known company in the agricultural sector—for a Logistics Manager based in Santiago. **Job Mission:** Plan, direct, and control the company’s logistics processes, ensuring proper management of procurement, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of agricultural products, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, cost optimization, and adherence to customer delivery timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the full logistics operation, ensuring availability and efficiency. * Manage inventory and warehouse operations (FIFO/FEFO control, shrinkage, and storage). * Coordinate distribution, transportation, and shipping documentation. * Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring safety and productivity. * Implement improvements, KPIs, and cost controls. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, occupational safety standards, and 5S methodology. * Hybrid profile: use of technology, fieldwork, and focus on warehouse operations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Engineering * Experience in warehouse management, distribution logistics, and inventory control * ERP systems * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills * Food safety regulations (desirable) * 4 years of experience in the field * Experience leading teams * Experience handling perishable goods (ideal) **Benefits:** * Purchase of company products * Half-day off on birthday * Year-end bonus * Positive work environment * Professional development * Challenges associated with company growth This position promotes inclusion and is open to persons with disabilities, in accordance with Law 21.015.
