If you’re interested in this position and want to build a career with us, we invite you to join our team! **Role Responsibilities:** **Regulatory and Policy Compliance** * Know and comply with applicable regulations. * Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, Asset Security, and other applicable standards, regulations, and policies. * Act in accordance with corporate and local guidelines, including the Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Company Values. * Safety and Specific Risk Management * Identify, understand, and manage specific risks associated with your job position and area of operation, including physical, ergonomic, chemical, operational, and psychosocial risks. * Correctly use tools, personal protective equipment, and verify that necessary procedures are in place to mitigate such risks. * Promptly report any incident, unsafe condition, or hazard identified in the workplace. * Actively participate in risk assessments and implementation of related controls relevant to your function. * Participate in required trainings to safely manage risks inherent to your role. **Promotion of Safe Behaviors** * Demonstrate safe behaviors in the workplace and foster a prevention culture among colleagues. * Immediately intervene upon detecting an imminent danger that could affect life, health, the environment, or company assets. * Provide positive and constructive feedback to colleagues when unsafe practices or potential improvements are observed. **Integrated Management System Oversight** * Support and promote achievement of objectives and strategies of the Integrated Management System (Safety, Health, Quality, Environment, and other applicable areas). * Actively participate in company-issued compliance evaluations. * Propose improvements related to safety, quality, and environmental management according to your role and responsibilities. **Workplace Coexistence and Diversity** * Respect diversity in all its forms (gender, religion, culture) and the differences it entails. * Promote mutual respect in workplace interactions, ensuring an inclusive and collaborative work environment. **Commitment to Continuous Improvement** * Know, comply with, promote, and/or propose improvements to operational excellence standards. * Actively participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing negative impacts on safety, health, and the environment. * Contribute to developing a culture of innovation and operational excellence by generating creative ideas and solutions. **Specific Responsibilities and Objectives** * Collect and manage the development of HSSE risk analyses (Occupational Safety and Health Risks\- IPER) for various job positions. * Monitor compliance with established HSSE KPIs per current national legislation, organizational and/or corporate standards. * Execute and monitor the HSSE plan. * Lead investigations into incidents/accidents occurring within your operational scope and follow up on action plans, among others. * Support Security \& Environment management within the site. * Participate in corporate campaigns or initiatives. * Support the site manager on HSSE-related matters. * Advise joint hygiene and safety committees, complying with Supreme Decree (DS) No. 44. * Verify and validate legal compliance of contractor companies per Law No. 20,123 and DS No. 76. * Maintain detailed statistics for internal and external personnel per DS No. 67\. **What We Are Looking For:** * University graduate in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering. * Knowledge and application of occupational risk prevention legislation. * Oversight and management of contractor companies based on Subcontracting Law No. 20\.123 and DS No. 76. * Application of applicable Ministerial Protocols. * Basic English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
