Within the VP of People and Sustainability, we are taking analytics to the next level and seeking a technically oriented intern eager to make an impact by building data solutions that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and innovation in people management. * Participate in the development, maintenance, and automation of predictive and prescriptive People Analytics models (e.g., attrition, performance, absenteeism, engagement). * Build and maintain data pipelines from various HR platforms and systems (e.g., SuccessFactors). * Automate departmental reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attraction, turnover, diversity, etc., using tools including Python, SQL, and Power BI. * Deploy solutions to the cloud (Azure) for integration and scalability. * Collaborate on management control processes and analysis of the effectiveness of People Department initiatives. * Propose continuous improvements to data sources, processes, visualization, and interpretation of information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics Proficiency in Python and/or R **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** * Hybrid work modality * Training programs and courses * Meal card * Internship allowance.
