Train new team members and manage based on KPIs **Job Description** ---------------------- Leads activities by directing, coordinating, and supervising electrical system installation, assembly, or maintenance work. * Coordinates and supervises installation work * Analyzes metrics related to wait time, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. * Prepares performance reports to assist company management in decision-making. * Trains new team members to help achieve objectives. * Leads the team through responsibilities such as: work planning, supervision of team members, training of new staff, and management based on KPIs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Education: Primary; Secondary * Experience: 3+ years in call centers, preferably in supervisory roles * Knowledge: Team leadership, Project management * Software: Call Center (Five9, Dixa, Avaya or similar) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
