On-Site Responsibilities: * Present our corporate partnership agreement to designated companies. * Set up and manage the exhibition booth, ensuring proper arrangement and presentation. * Promote available benefits, services, and offers. * Collect data from interested customers for subsequent commercial follow-up. * Address inquiries and guide employees regarding available options, providing courteous and high-quality service. Back-Office / Commercial Management Responsibilities: * Conduct commercial calls using assigned partnership customer records, performing timely follow-up and contact with potential customers. * Record and manage sales according to company-established procedures, policies, and platforms. * Handle plan changes and other customer commercial requests. * Market mobile and home telecommunications lines and services. * Offer additional and complementary services. * Follow up with interested customers to convert commercial opportunities. * Ensure all commercial activities are carried out correctly, transparently, and in accordance with company-established procedures. Requirements: * Experience in telecommunications sales * Proficiency in the Believe system * Residence in La Serena or Coquimbo Work Schedule: Full-time, 42 hours per week Work Modality: On-site (field-based) Location: La Serena \- Coquimbo We Offer: Base salary: CLP 553\.0000 per month Compensation fund.
