Job Summary: Responsible for leading and coordinating technical office and planning departments, ensuring strategic alignment and project control. Key Highlights: 1. Manage project budgets, timelines, and goals. **Job Description** ---------------------- Responsible for leading the company's technical office and project planning departments. * Design and maintain key documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, risk management, etc.). * Assign resources, coordinate teams, and maintain communication. * Report progress to senior management and stakeholders. * Project control: Manage budgets, timelines, and goals for each active plan. * Strategic alignment: Connect teams' daily work with the company's overarching objectives. * Standards definition: Develop guidelines, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent work across all departments. * Executive reporting: Inform senior leadership about portfolio progress and risks. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Industrial Civil Engineering or Computer Engineering * \+5 years of total experience in industrial construction and/or installation projects. * Residency in Santiago This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
