Position Summary: R&Q Ingeniería is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of the BIM methodology in engineering and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Use of BIM design technologies and tools R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is seeking a **BIM Manager** in the **Metropolitan Region** for an important mining-sector tender process: **Estimated duration of the tendered contract: 36 months.** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer / Construction Engineer or Construction Execution Engineer, in any specialization, with at least 4 / 5 / 5 years of experience in engineering and construction of investment projects; a BIM diploma or master’s degree is desirable. Must have 2 / 4 / 4 years of experience in multidisciplinary coordination and/or supervision of engineering projects developed on 3D design platforms with data intelligence. Implementation and use of the BIM methodology, coordinating the project modeling process (standards manuals, BIM execution plan, and all documents required to be drafted and applied). Additional requirements: * Project management across the entire lifecycle. * Management and/or coordination of multidisciplinary project teams. * Use of BIM design technologies and tools (object-based). * Supervision of multidisciplinary work using (BIM methodologies). * Supervision of work using (AWP methodology). * Technological platforms for information management: AVEVA NET and AVEVA ERM. * Budget, quality, risk, schedule, and resource management. * Desirable: Project management software. * Desirable: LEAN concepts and/or methodologies. * Desirable: Proficiency in Power BI software. * Desirable: Knowledge Management Desktop – Project Management System (PMS). * Desirable: CODELCO’s Document Management System (ACONEX). * Desirable: Knowledge and experience in Technologies \+ IT \+ Processes. * Other desirable competencies: Leadership and team management, intermediate-level English proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, results-oriented mindset, self-discipline, and diligence in deliverables. **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be fully met to be considered for this process.
