




Position Summary: A professional to support back-office operations, including budget generation, quotation control, and customer support for sales and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generation and tracking of maintenance and repair budgets 2. Customer support for web sales and requirements 3. Project volumetric calculations and AutoCAD drawings CENTRAL BOMBAS SPA, a company dedicated to the installation and maintenance of water pumping equipment and generator sets, is seeking a professional for the Back-Office Operations position to perform the following duties: · Compile lists of observations regarding construction projects, including budgets and missing items. · Generate daily budgets and send them to the respective clients for maintenance services. · Prepare repair budgets for pumps related to technical service. · Support customers with their web sales requirements by generating sales budgets. · Maintain records of quotations for budgets prepared for maintenance, technical service, and installations. · Review and organize client folders for operations and installations. · Perform project volumetric calculations for the installation department, including budget preparation and follow-up. · All budgets must be reviewed by direct supervision before being sent to the final client. · Prepare drawings and/or plans in AutoCAD when required by supervision. · Maintain records of customer tank cleaning schedules and notify when cleaning is due.
