As an Administrative Assistant at CBRE, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of a corporate building, supporting the Operations Manager in daily operations to maintain the service quality delivered by the company. What You’ll Do: • Receipt and control of invoices for maintenance and repair services • Management of the Kastor accounting system • Generation of monthly reports for GGCC • Contract control and updates • Supervision and control of recycling services • Purchase control and management • Generation of purchase orders via SeNegocia • Management and control of internal and supplier documentation • Direct interaction with suppliers • And more **What You’ll Need:** • Academic background in accounting or business administration — mandatory*. • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management roles, including drafting, controlling, and managing reports — mandatory*. • Preferred: Strong knowledge of the Condominium Law. • Preferred: Familiarity with insurance policies. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
