Coordinate payment validation and maintain organized documentation At **Papa Johns Chile**, we are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join our Payments Unit, aiming to ensure accurate management, control, and execution of accounts payable processes, thereby contributing to the company's timely fulfillment of financial obligations. **OBJECTIVE:** Provide administrative and operational support in the company's payment management, ensuring correct recording, control, and execution of processes related to payments to domestic and foreign suppliers, as well as other financial obligations, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform analysis and control of suppliers * Manage onboarding, registration, and payment processing for foreign suppliers * Analyze accounts related to basic services * Register and verify invoices in the system * Coordinate with internal departments for payment validation * Maintain orderly filing and archiving of payment documentation * Support reconciliations and analysis of accounts payable **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts payable * Technical Superior Degree in Accounting, Auditor Accountant, or related field * Intermediate Excel proficiency \- * Experience managing domestic and international suppliers \- * SAP ERP experience (desirable) * Knowledge of general accounting * Intermediate Excel proficiency **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance ❤️ Health, complementary, and catastrophic insurance Gym membership agreements Workplace Safety Mutual and Compensation Fund If you're ready to join a company full of great taste and quality, you're welcome!
