Position Summary: Viggo is seeking an Accounting Administrator to manage the company's general accounting, ensuring financial and tax reliability and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of accounting and tax management **Viggo, Strength in Motion**, a leading provider of corporate personnel transportation services, specialized in mining operations and industrial sectors, is currently seeking an **Accounting Administrator** for its **Santiago Office**. **Position Objective:** To be responsible for administering the company's General Accounting, with the purpose of reconciling controls and validating that information is accurate and complies with financial and tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements * Prepare notes to financial statements and final reports for external auditors * Maintain the company's general accounting on a monthly and annual basis * File monthly and annual sworn declarations * Prepare F29 forms * Administer the fixed assets accounting system * Supervise management of commercial patents * Supervise bank reconciliation processes and bank circularization reconciliations * Supervise management of incoming funds, control, and reconciliation of financial debts (leasing and commercial credits) * Supervise property management; control of lease agreements, lease payments, and related services * basic * Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits to verify the accuracy of financial records * Supervise expense reimbursement controls; formalize protocols, manage funds pending reimbursement, petty cash, and reimbursements * Supervise closing of purchase and sales ledgers * Other activities related to accounting and tax areas **Requirements:** * Higher technical education: Certified Public Accountant or related degree * 3 to 6 years of experience in this role * Knowledge of tax regulations and labor laws * ERP proficiency (SAP) **Offered Benefits:** * Vacation bonus * Patriotic Holidays and Christmas bonuses * Complementary health insurance * Compensation Fund benefits * Professional development opportunities * Job stability ***In accordance with Law No. 21.015 and Law No. 21.275, Viggo promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities and guarantees equal opportunity throughout its selection processes.***
