We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Install TX equipment and antennas on telecommunications towers. * Carry out daily tasks assigned by the supervisor or coordinator. * Ensure proper use of tools and work equipment. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, especially for work at height. * Verify that installations are performed according to technical specifications and quality standards. **What We Are Looking For** * Technician with medium or higher education in Telecommunications, Connectivity and Networks or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience installing telecommunications equipment or components. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications, connectivity, and networks. * Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment. * Valid certification in work-at-height and occupational safety (PPE). **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Professional projection and development. **Benefits** * Employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30, plus shift system. * Complementary health and life insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund
