Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fill the **Senior Technician B** role. **Job Description Summary:** Responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, performing major repairs, and coordinating work execution. Assists the supervisor and may make mid-level responsibility decisions. **Primary Job Responsibilities:** * Place spare parts orders. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and maintenance forms. * Test and diagnose machine problems. * Prepare Service Reports. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Demonstrate proficiency in failure analysis. **Requirements:*** Graduate of a technical institute or university program specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electrical engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of mining-sector equipment. * Work under a rotating 7x7 shift system (day and night shifts). * Possess health compatible with performance at high geographic altitudes.
