Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fill the role of Technician B. **Job Description Summary**: Responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, performing major repairs, and coordinating work execution. Performs duties either in the workshop or in the field as required. Supports supervisors and may make decisions of moderate responsibility. May supervise installation and removal of components. **Job Responsibilities:** * Adhere to guidelines, technical specifications, and procedures applicable to repair processes. * Place spare parts orders. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and maintenance forms. * Remove and install any type of component, or direct the removal or installation of such components. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Perform critical adjustments to the machine and its systems, and recommend repairs. * Install new components and additional accessories. * Correctly apply Caterpillar technical literature, accumulated experience, and knowledge acquired through training courses. **Requirements:** * Technical professional graduate from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Experience with Caex, minimum 2 years. * Ability to work under constant exposure to weather, noise, dust, heat, and low temperatures. * Work rotating 7x7 day/night shifts.
