**Stage Technician (Sound and Lighting)** **About the position:** We are looking for a skilled technical professional passionate about live entertainment, capable of managing both sound and lighting systems. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Operation:** Operating audio consoles (FOH/monitor mixing) and programming/operating lighting consoles. * **Setup:** Efficient rigging, cabling, microphone placement, and dismantling of equipment. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Equipment care and inventory management. * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Rapid diagnosis of signal flow issues (DMX, Audio) during events. **What we are looking for (Requirements):** * Proven experience of 2 years in similar roles. * Proficiency with Audio Consoles (Midas, Digico, Allen \& Heath). * Proficiency with Lighting Consoles (Avolites, MA). * Availability to work rotating shifts (afternoon/night). **Our Value Proposition:** * **Salary:** $1\.000\.000 net monthly. * **Workload:** 40 hours per week. 5x2 shift schedule. * **Contract:** Fixed-term to indefinite (3 months).
