Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fill the role of **Senior Technician**. **Job Description Summary** You will be responsible for diagnosing major components and systems, performing large-scale repairs, and coordinating work execution. You will assist the supervisor and may make decisions of moderate responsibility. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Order spare parts. * Analyze written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, and mechanical and maintenance forms. * Test and diagnose machine problems. * Prepare Service Reports. * Operate and inspect machines after repair. * Demonstrate proficiency in fault analysis. **Requirements:*** Graduated professional technician from an institute or university, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance of mining-sector equipment. * Willingness to work on a rotating 7x7 shift schedule (day and night). * Medical fitness compatible with performance at high geographic altitude.
