Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives A prominent food service provider for educational institutions, located in Talca, is seeking a **Nutritionist** to join its team. **Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with the nutritional, sanitary, and operational standards of the food program, guaranteeing service quality, food safety, and correct delivery in educational institutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper implementation of meal plans, protocols, and food preparations. * Conduct technical visits to educational institutions to verify compliance with quality and food safety standards. * Administer and analyze user acceptability and satisfaction surveys. * Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and management systems (HACCP, GMP, POES, and RSA). * Train food handlers and operational teams. * Manage requirements related to Special Dietary Needs (SDN). * Prepare technical reports, visit records, and management reports. * Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives with technical and operational teams. * Maintain document control and track service performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Professional degree as a **Nutritionist**. * Minimum of **2 years of experience** in similar roles. * Knowledge of the Sanitary Food Regulations (RSA). * Familiarity with GMP, GHP, and food safety tools. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **If you seek to join an organization committed to the nutrition and well-being of children, adolescents, and youth, we invite you to apply and become part of our team.**
