Job Summary: We are seeking Night Shift Supervisors/Team Leaders for warehouse operations, overseeing regulatory compliance and preventing downtime. Key Highlights: 1. On-site leadership and strict regulatory compliance control. 2. Attendance supervision and monitoring. 3. Mitigation of improper practices and operational coordination. Logistics Team Supervisor / Team Leader (Night Shift) \- San Bernardo High Season We are looking for 4 Supervisors / Team Leaders with strong on-site control and leadership capabilities to join the night shift operations of a prominent retail distribution center located in San Bernardo. The core objective of this role is to rigorously supervise workforce regulatory compliance, ensure accurate attendance recording, and prevent downtime or non-compliant behavior within the facility during nighttime hours. Working Conditions: \- Location: San Bernardo, Región Metropolitana.\- Compensation: CLP $400\.000 net for the period worked.\- Contract Duration: From June 08 to June 21, 2026\.\- Schedule: Fixed night shift from 22:00 to 08:00 hrs (5x2 schedule\).\- Benefits: Employee shuttle buses provided by the client. Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise and monitor mandatory attendance registration (entries and exits) for all night-shift personnel.\- Conduct regular patrols and inspections inside the Distribution Center to ensure operators are performing their assigned tasks.\- Mitigate staff wandering and improper practices within the DC premises.\- Coordinate required operational and dispatch activities to fulfill shift objectives. Requirements: \- Mandatory: Proven experience supervising personnel during night shifts, preferably in logistics, retail, or manufacturing. Immediate availability to work the 22:00–08:00 night shift.\- Preferred: Ability to work under pressure, assertive command voice, and residence in San Bernardo or nearby areas with bus access.
