Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend web applications and robust backend services. Database Optimization: Design, scale, and optimize relational and non-relational databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Architecture & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participate in peer code reviews to raise team performance. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing software systems to improve performance, reliability, and security. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer building production-ready web applications. Portfolio / Code Sample: Strong technical background or a GitHub profile demonstrating your ability to build, deploy, and maintain real-world software. Tools: Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, backend languages, and version control workflows such as Git. Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation. Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know how to balance clean coding practices with business delivery timelines. Salary: $1\.800\.000 \- $3\.200\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
