Job Summary: We are seeking responsible Doormen for residential buildings, tasked with safeguarding access, supervising equipment, and assisting residents and companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for access control and building security. 2. Assistance and support to residents and maintenance companies. 3. Monitoring of surveillance cameras and recording of important incidents. **We are hiring!** The company **Fill\-Lif** is currently seeking **Doormen** for residential buildings located in various communes of the **Metropolitan Region**. **Main Duties:** * Safeguard and control building access. * Supervise proper operation of building equipment. * Receive mail and packages. * Guide and assist maintenance companies. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage visitor parking. * Monitor surveillance cameras. * Respond to resident inquiries or refer them to management. * Record notable events and relevant situations in the logbook. * Lead evacuations and assist residents during emergencies. **Shift Schedule:** 6X1 * .**AM:** Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00 hrs**.** * **AFTERNOON:** Monday to Saturday, 14:00 – 22:00 hrs. * NIGHT: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 07:00 hrs. **Requirements:** * Valid **OS\-10 course** (mandatory). * Experience in doorman services (preferred). * Responsibility, commitment, and excellent service to residents. * Immediate availability.
