Key responsibilities: Execute connection notice requests and supply point modifications for customers, using the technical systems established by the Company. Maintain traceability of the development and completion of each process within the respective systems. Execute meter change requests, whether initiated by customers or by internal Company campaigns or initiatives. Perform Add, Remove, or Modify (ARM) operations for individual and bulk customers in the designated systems.
