Job Summary: We are seeking Concierges for residential buildings, responsible for security, equipment supervision, and resident assistance, including mail and package handling as well as emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building security and access control. 2. Supervising equipment operation and attending to residents. 3. Leading evacuations and providing emergency assistance. **We are hiring!** The company **Fill\-Lif** is currently seeking **Concierges** for residential buildings located across various communes in the **Metropolitan Region**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Safeguarding and controlling building access. * Supervising proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding and assisting maintenance service providers. * Registering visitor entries and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or referring them to management. * Recording incidents and relevant situations in the logbook. * Leading evacuations and assisting residents during emergencies. **Shift Schedule:** **4x4 system**, ideal for maintaining a healthy work-rest balance. * **Day Shift:** 08:00–20:00 hrs * **Day Shift 2:** 10:00–22:00 hrs * **Night Shift:** 20:00–08:00 hrs **Requirements** * Valid **OS\-10 course** (mandatory). * Immediate availability.
