Currently, for **Chile**, we are seeking a new position as **Materials Assistant**, who will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and accuracy in materials management through inventory control, transaction tracking, and optimization of logistics processes. Additionally, they must ensure that deviations in sub-inventories do not exceed a margin of 3%, applying precise adjustments in ERP and CRM systems, optimizing materials management throughout the supply chain. **What will you do in this role?** * Issue weekly reports on detected inconsistencies and corrective measures applied. * Retrieve delivery notes stored on shared server. * Review and verify that dispatched items and those registered to technicians' sub-inventories match the corresponding delivery note. * In case of discrepancies, inform warehouse staff to make appropriate changes in the ERP (Oracle). * Identify and analyze erroneous transactions in Siebel and Oracle. * Manage adjustments with the User Support Center (CAU) and follow up on their correct implementation. * Implement preventive measures to minimize errors in future transactions. * Develop methodologies to improve physical counting accuracy. * Generate variance reports and recommend corrective actions. * Conduct inventories together with the logistics supervisor and technical supervisors. * Perform manual inventory counts. * Support strategic initiatives such as Mobile Inventory, Minimum Stocks, and Regional Inventories. * Propose and implement improvements in logistics processes to optimize the supply chain. * Analyze material consumption data and propose optimization strategies based on KPIs. **What do we expect from you?** * You hold a degree as Higher Technician in Logistics Administration or related field. * You have at least two years of experience in inventory and warehouse control, logistics movements, Kardex, hand inventories, and delivery notes. * Proficiency in Office (Excel and Word) and Oracle. * Knowledge of inventory analysis, loss control, and application of inventory adjustments. * Experience in logistics management and inventory control. * Availability to work on-site from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Reside in the city of Concepción. **What will you find in this opportunity?** * A collaborative and enriching work environment that promotes values such as: think positive, we are unstoppable, and people matter. * A challenging role where you will contribute significantly to controlling and optimizing logistics processes. * A range of corporate benefits including life insurance, training, scholarships, among others. **Does this challenge resonate with you?
