We are seeking Alarm Monitoring Agents for our monitoring center located in Providencia, Santiago. If you have a service orientation, attention to detail, and an interest in the security industry, this opportunity is for you! What will you do? You will be responsible for managing the signals received at our monitoring center, following established protocols to protect our clients. **Position Conditions:** 44-hour weekly work schedule 100% on-site work Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term Rotating shifts in the following formats: **6x1 and 5x2, with rotating schedules:** **Morning shift:** 06:30 / 07:00 hrs **Afternoon shift:** 13:30 / 14:00 / 12:00 / 12:30 hrs **Night shift:** 21:30 / 22:00 hrs (Corporate transportation is provided for shifts starting or ending between 22:00 and 07:00 hrs) **Requirements:** Completed secondary education Customer service experience Basic PC proficiency **Benefits:** Direct employment contract with ADT Excellent work environment Professional stability and development Base salary \+ variable compensation of approximately CLP 650,000 **Location:** Providencia, Santiago Become part of a leading electronic security company and make a difference every day!
