




Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Administrative Assistant to handle banking transactions, retrieve valuable documentation, and support the operations of the AFP HABITAT treasury department. Intermediate Office software skills At AFP HABITAT, we are currently looking for our next Treasury Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Administration and Finance Management. The incumbent will carry out banking and administrative procedures, as well as retrieve valuable documentation according to their authorized signatory status, supporting their department’s operations. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver and collect certified letters and bonds daily from various institutions: IPS, Dipreca, Capredena, AFP, and DCV. * Sort certified letters and bonds daily for distribution to the respective institutions. * Dispatch investment instructions via domestic and international transfer letters to various banks and custodians on a daily basis. * Perform administrative duties, including data entry into Excel payroll sheets and subsequent transfer to the SAP system. * Make deposits at various banking institutions, withdraw checkbooks, and scan foreign currency investments.
