Job Summary: We are seeking concierges for residential buildings, responsible for securing access, supervising equipment, attending to residents, and leading evacuations in case of emergency. Provide attention and support to residents. **We are hiring!** The company **Fill\-Lif** is currently seeking **Concierges** for residential buildings located in various communes of the **Metropolitan Region**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Secure and control building access. * Supervise proper operation of building equipment. * Receive mail and packages. * Guide and assist maintenance companies. * Register visitor entries and announce their arrival. * Manage visitor parking. * Monitor surveillance cameras. * Address resident inquiries or refer them to management. * Record incidents and relevant situations in the logbook. * Lead evacuation and assist residents in case of emergency. **Shift Schedule:** **4x4** system, ideal for maintaining a healthy work-rest balance. * **Day Shift:** 08:00 to 20:00 hrs * **Night Shift:** 20:00 to 08:00 hrs * **Requirements:** * Valid **OS\-10** course (mandatory). * Immediate availability.
