Job Description Work Advisory Chile is seeking a **Workforce Advisory Consultant** to support organizations in planning, optimizing, and developing their work teams. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing staffing needs, processes, and capabilities, and delivering practical recommendations aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Analyze staffing needs, team structure, and workforce planning requirements. * Support workforce planning and organizational transformation projects. * Analyze people-related data, productivity metrics, costs, and capacity. * Prepare diagnostics, reports, and presentations for clients. * Develop recommendations regarding structure, processes, and capabilities. * Participate in organizational change and improvement initiatives. * Coordinate meetings and information gathering with clients. * Collaborate with Human Resources, operations, and leadership teams. * Prepare models, analyses, and reports using available data. * Monitor progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. * Support commercial proposals and presentations for new projects. Requirements * Professional degree in Business Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in consulting, Human Resources, workforce planning, operations, or organizational transformation. * Proficiency in Excel and analytical/reporting tools. * Ability to analyze information and present clear recommendations. * Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills. * Experience working with clients or stakeholders is desirable. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is desirable.
