In this opportunity, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the end\-to\-end execution of a Contact Data Strategy initiative for an insurance company, cross-functionally coordinating involved departments and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives regarding quality, traceability, and contactability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. * Coordinate cross-functionally key project areas: Data, IT, Customers, Marketing, and Operations. * Improve contact data quality in terms of completeness and standardization. * Coordinate implementation of multi-channel data verification. * Manage execution of contact information update campaigns. * Define and monitor contactability and quality KPIs jointly with the Data Governance Office. * Ensure project traceability and compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks. * Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare and present progress reports at executive, tactical, and operational levels. **What Can We Offer You?** * We want you to have a unique experience, so we propose: * Join a high-caliber, multidisciplinary team. * Expand your professional development through training, coaching, and mentoring. * Promote work-life balance. * Be part of a regionally recognized company with global presence. * Work within a multicultural culture that fosters inclusion and diversity.
