The professional will be responsible for defining corporate direction, overseeing operations, and representing the company before clients, partners, and external entities. Main Responsibilities * **Strategic Leadership**: Define and execute short- and long-term growth plans. * **Operations Management**: Supervise internal processes to ensure efficiency and quality. * **Organizational Leadership**: Motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * **Institutional Relations**: Represent the company before clients, suppliers, and authorities. * **Financial Control**: Ensure economic sustainability and achievement of budgetary objectives.
