### **Electrans Antofagasta is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer** At **Electrans**, a leading company in electrical maintenance and industrial services in the Antofagasta region, we are looking for a **Continuous Improvement Engineer** committed to people and organizational development. As a continuous improvement engineer, you will be responsible for applying continuous improvement methodologies and tools to our production processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team focused on driving growth and innovation within our company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field, with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, among others. * Residence in Antofagasta (Mandatory). * Regular working hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 in the northern sector of Antofagasta. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement areas and propose effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Results-oriented and able to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. * Design and implement continuous improvement projects. * Collect and analyze data to assess process performance and measure the impact of implemented improvements. * Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to effectively implement changes and improvements. * Train staff in continuous improvement methodologies and promote a culture of continuous improvement. **We offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Lunch provided at the company's own dining facility. * Complementary insurance. * A collaborative and results-oriented work environment. * Professional development opportunities within a continuously growing organization. **Location:** Antofagasta, Chile.
